Information Center

The Information Center maintains campus directory lists and other contact info.  Please use the links below:

The Information Center provides basic delivery and courier services.  To request a pick-up, please send an email to iss@lls.edu.

• Student paychecks are distributed at the Information Center front desk.
• Housing Classifieds App (View listings, look for roommates)
• Property Management and Rental Agencies
• Student Lockers
• Student Affairs Services (Health Options, Study Spaces, etc.)

Items that are lost on campus will be delivered to Public Safety.  You can visit their office in the Parking Structure to see if your lost items have been retrieved.  You may also submit the Lost and Found Request Form to send the department a description of your lost item.  If it is turned in, you will be notified.

There is a possibility that your lost item may have been returned to the Library Circulation Desk.  You may check with them by calling ext. 1117.

Found articles will be kept for 1 year from the start of the semester date in which they are found.  Once a year has passed, the articles will be removed from the Public Safety office and donated, if possible, or thrown away.

• Outgoing mail may be dropped off at the Information Center in Burns or the Mail Center in Founders Hall (Graphics).  For processing same day, mail must be dropped by 2:30 p.m. 
• Mail may be left for delivery to faculty and departments.
• Mail may be dropped off in the mail drop box at the Information Center or mailboxes on the third floor of the Burns Building by the faculty mailboxes.  If postage is needed, you may bring your mail to be metered in Founders Hall, lower level and sent out by our department.  Postage may be purchased by check only at the time of the transaction. 
• Personal packages may be sent by using a check only.
• Prepaid and prelabeled UPS packages may be dropped off for UPS to pick up.
• Please include the following form with your package: UPS Shipping Form.

Service hours:

• Monday through Thursday - 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 3:15 pm - 4:00 pm
• Friday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm
• Closed Saturday & Sunday
